IVF Egg/Sperm Donor Screening

I provide psychological evaluations for potential egg or sperm donors. The process is accomplished in one appointment, which includes the client completing a questionnaire and personality assessment via a HIPPA complaint online platform.  

Once completed by the potential donor, the assessments are scored, reviewed, and a summary report containing all of the individual test results is delivered within three business days. 

If there are any questions regarding a particular patient’s profile, I am available to discuss the results of the tests.
